Refund and Returns Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality products to our customers. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and still sealed. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, or for items that are no longer in their original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the address to which the item should be shipped.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the item or providing a refund.
